That’s what you missed if you missed Girls Fit and Fun Day Out! It was 2½ hours of fun, fitness and awesome food!
We began with 30 minutes on the Seminole Wekiva Trail, and I’m not talking about walking on it! We lunged, squatted and punched our way along the Trail equipped with rubber resistance tubing and water, of course!
Then we made our way to the beautiful new FUNIQ studio where we strengthened and lengthened our bodies with my challenging, posture transforming, yet relaxing combination of yoga and Pilates (Yogalates!). Remarkably, EVERYONE felt taller, longer, stronger and de-stressed in just one hour!
Finally, we made our way to everyone’s favorite place…
Yes the kitchen! Yours truly, aka Better Butts by Beth, whipped up an awesome, super nutrient-dense, low-calorie, low-fat and extremely quick-and-easy and absolutely delicious lunch!
I demonstrated how to swap out high-calorie, high-fat foods for low-calorie and very low-fat foods that can actually reduce your cholesterol, increase your energy, and of course reduce your BODY FAT! Ultimately isn’t that what we all want?
