I added that these are foods you should avoid whether or not you have diabetes — so that you don't GET Type 2 Diabetes.
Joy also listed 9 foods you should eat if you have Type 2 Diabetes. And wouldn't you know it, 9 out of 10 of the healthiest foods to include in your consumption (and I would say, "every day,") are among Joy's picks!
DUH! If most of your daily consumption is from these foods and you Move Your Assets more, you won't have to worry about getting Type 2 Diabetes!
