Yeah, I know I'm a pain in the "assets" when I constantly remind you to be aware of your posture.
Whether you're dancing, kickboxing, weight training (especially when you're working your core), when you're sitting in the car, the couch…yada yada yada…be aware of your posture!!
You may be wondering what the heck I'm talking about when I tell you to "scoop out" your rectus abdominis rather than "poof" it out…to pull your navel into your spine, etc.
